Hawaiʻi is like nowhere else – and sharing the values of our people and encouraging visitors to experience our unique culture is what makes this place so special.
We invite your clients to see our islands’ natural beauty in a new way, as the backdrop, while showcasing the beauty of our values as kamaʻāina (local residents). From the melodic sounds of Hawaiian music on Kaua‘i to spreading aloha with fragrant lei on Oʻahu. From the mālama (care) of Native Hawaiian knowledge on the island of Hawai‘i to using food to bring community together on Maui. We encourage visitors to seek engaging experiences when they come, which helps spread the benefits of tourism to broader communities throughout these islands.

In Hawai‘i, it’s not just the place — it’s the people – that make the Hawaiian Islands so unique, beautiful and worth experiencing.
There are six major islands to visit in Hawaiʻi: Kauaʻi, Oʻahu, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Maui, and the island of Hawaiʻi! Each has its own distinct personality, adventures, activities and sights.
Oʻahu Sometimes called “The Gathering Place,” Oʻahu certainly lives up to its name. The third largest Hawaiian island is home to the majority of Hawaiʻi’s diverse population, a fusion of East and West cultures rooted in the values and traditions of the Native Hawaiian people. It’s this fundamental contrast between the ancient and the modern that makes discovering Oʻahu — from bustling city life to laidback surf towns — so enjoyable. Your clients will find plenty of different transportation options for exploring Oʻahu’s different regions, the island’s many activities, its eclectic restaurants and accommodations.

Kauaʻi Kauaʻi is Hawaiʻi’s fourth largest island and is sometimes called the “Garden Island,” which is an entirely accurate description. The oldest and northernmost island in the Hawaiian chain is draped in emerald valleys, sharp mountain spires and jagged cliffs aged by time and the elements. Centuries of growth have formed tropical rainforests, forking rivers and cascading waterfalls! Some parts of Kauaʻi are only accessible by sea or air, revealing views beyond your imagination. More than just dramatic beauty, the island is home to a variety of outdoor activities. Your clients can kayak the Wailua River, snorkel on Poʻipū Beach, hike the trails of Kōkeʻe State Park, or go ziplining above Kauaʻi’s lush valleys. But, it is the island’s laid-back atmosphere and rich culture found in its small towns that make it truly timeless. Explore the regions of Kauaʻi and make your escape to discover the undeniable allure of the island.
The Island of Hawai‘i The island of Hawaiʻi is the youngest and largest island in the Hawaiian chain. Nearly twice as big as all of the other Hawaiian Islands combined (hence, its nickname, “Big Island”), its sheer size is awe-inspiring. Home to all but four of the world’s different climate zones here, ranging from Wet Tropical to Polar Tundra, a result of the shielding effect and elevations of the massive volcanoes Maunakea and Maunaloa. From the many geological features at Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park to the snow-capped heights of Maunakea; from the lush valleys of the Hilo and Hāmākua Coasts to the jet-black sands of Punaluʻu Beach, the island of Hawaiʻi is an unrivaled expression of the power of nature. However your clients decide to experience the island, it is sure to leave them humbled! Check out the island of Hawaiʻi’s regions to explore this vast island.

Maui Maui, affectionately known as “The Valley Isle,” is the second largest of the Hawaiian Islands, celebrated for its stunning beaches, the sacred ‘Īao Valley, and breathtaking views of migrating humpback whales in the winter. Whether your clients are savouring farm-to-table cuisine or witnessing the awe-inspiring sunrise and sunset from Haleakalā, Maui offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. As your clients visit, please encourage them to carry the spirit of aloha—showing compassion, respect, and gratitude. By supporting local businesses, they help sustain the vibrant communities that are the heart of Maui. To deepen their connection, encourage them to engage in a volunteer experience, contributing to the island’s ongoing resurgence and resilience. Come visit Maui and be a part of its continuing journey.
Mālama Hawaiʻi The most rewarding trip is one that gives back. An itinerary that can change your clients life isn’t found in any guidebooks. Because what makes the Hawaiian Islands truly special is not only our stunning natural beauty or our vibrant culture – it’s the deeply rooted relationship that connects them. That relationship between people and place grows stronger every time you mālama (give back). When you give back – to the land, the ocean, the wildlife, the forest, the fishpond, the community – you’re part of a virtuous circle that enriches everything and everyone. Several organizations offer opportunities for visitors to pay it forward, like beach clean-ups, native tree planting, and more. Encourage your clients to engage in some volunteer opportunities, and in exchange, experience Hawaiʻi on a much deeper and connected level.
