After last year’s incredible debut, we’re giving 20 UK agents the chance to join our one-of-a-kind fam trip, starting with a dazzling four-night Dubai stopover, followed by experiencing one of four mystery onwards destinations.
So, you think you know Dubai? Think again. Over four days, winners will take a journey through Dubai with an itinerary full of jaw-dropping moments, cultural immersion, and classic Dubai experiences, all designed to discover why Dubai is the ultimate stopover and give you the knowledge and experience to sell Dubai confidently.
There’s no better way to showcase how Dubai is a getaway to so many incredible worldwide destinations than seeing it for yourself, so the lucky winners will be split into four groups, with each going onwards to one of four mystery destinations. We’ve partnered with four world-class hotel brands – Anantara, Meliá, Raffles and Taj – to showcase their Dubai properties, as well as one of their luxurious onward locations. Join our training webinars to discover some of this year’s onward locations – though we won’t be revealing all the details just yet. The mystery is in which one you could be going to, and you’ll find out on your first night in Dubai!

HOW TO ENTER
It’s simple, you need to watch all four short webinars by 12 October 2025.
Released weekly, starting on 8 September, these bite-sized training sessions will be available for you to watch at a time that suits you. They will teach you all you need to know about Dubai to sell it confidently – from destination basics to iconic sights and hidden gems – and enhance your product knowledge of the hotels participating in the fam. Plus, in each webinar, we will reveal one of the four onward mystery destinations, so you won’t want to miss them!

Important: You must sign in with your name and work email and watch each webinar to the end to qualify. Recordings will be available until 12 October 2025 – binge them all at once or one per week!

To enter to win a spot on the Dubai Mystery Stopover Fam Trip 2025, you must watch each of the four mini webinars in their entirety before 12th October 2025.
To win, you must be aged 21 or over, have a passport with at least six months validity from the date of departure, not require a visa to enter Dubai, and hold valid travel insurance (covering medical expenses, personal liability, and cancellation). The organisers’ decision on participant selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The fam trip includes return flights with Emirates, single-occupancy accommodation in participating hotels, transfers, and activities as specified in the final itinerary. Meals will be provided as outlined in the itinerary. Any additional expenses (including but not limited to: travel to/from the departure airport, personal expenses, insurance, visa costs, and incidental hotel charges) are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants will fly from Manchester or London Gatwick and will return to London Gatwick or Heathrow. Airport choice cannot be guaranteed.
