Not Just Travel has taken on Stacey Briggs as a Business Development Manager within its NJT Academy team.
Stacey spent more than 20 years at DialAFlight, including in sales, as a team manager and then as a trainer.
She took voluntary redundancy during the pandemic and worked outside the industry, delivering business training programmes to police and former police officers.
In her new role, Stacey will work alongside fellow BDMs and the wider Academy team, supporting new franchisees through their initial phase of business development. Her primary focus will be guiding consultants to achieve their first ‘bronze pin’ milestone of 10 bookings.
She said: “Helping people improve and watching them develop is what I love.”
