Jet2 to expand Croatia programme after signing four-year deal with tourist board

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have committed to boosting tourism in Croatia over the next four years, after signing a partnership agreement with the Croatian National Tourist Board (CNTB).

The agreement, signed on day one at WTM London, will include offline and online campaigns such as digital, out-of-home and social media, as well as co-created dedicated Croatia holiday and video content.

It also ensures a continued increase in seat capacity to Croatia over the next ‘several years’, including through the introduction of new routes.

Jet2 has operated to Croatia for 17 years and, in summer 26, will operate 19 routes between three Croatian gateways and nine UK airport bases, including three brand-new routes: East Midlands to Pula and Split, and Glasgow to Dubrovnik.

This growth means that Jet2holidays is now the UK’s leading tour operator to Croatia and Jet2.com is the leading airline to the country outside of London.

Jet2 Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director David Neill said: “I am delighted to sign this agreement, which will see us officially partner with the Croatian National Tourist Board for the next four years. Croatia is a much-loved destination with our customers, and we look forward to driving further growth through this fantastic co-operation.”

CNTB Director Kristjan Staničić said: “With an increase in arrivals and overnight stays from UK holidaymakers this year, Croatia is truly bolstering its position as one of the most desirable Mediterranean destinations.

“We are delighted to sign this valuable cooperation agreement with Jet2, a partner that makes an outstanding contribution to the accessibility and promotion of Croatian destinations. This partnership, along with ongoing marketing activities and a focus on high-quality offerings, further reinforces Croatia’s position as an attractive and well-connected destination.”
