Leger Holidays has launched its new Battlefield Tours brochure with six new WW1 and WW2 tours for 2026 and 2027.
The operator now has 57 battlefield tours, which are all escorted by a specialist guide.
New tour highlights include a ‘Band of Brothers 25th Anniversary’ itinerary, which is based on the book and television series, and visits locations in Normandy. There is also a ‘Build-Up to D-Day 1944’ which is a UK-based tour visiting museums and sites around Portsmouth.
Three new ‘Mini-Cruise & Tour’ trips visit sites in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany and combine overnight sailings from Newcastle to north Holland, with an escorted coach tour.
Leger’s ‘Armistice Day in Flanders’ tour that takes place on 11 November in Ypres in Belgium is also now on sale for 2026 and 2027.
