Your Endless Travel is an independent travel agency and tour operator specialising in what we call premium and luxury “Travel Holidays”.
What do we mean by “Travel Holidays”? These are holidays that incorporate multiple components, and/or take in several destinations. So, think, road trips across Australia, rail tours through Japan or even multi-destination long haul ski trips to Vancouver and Whistler.
They are usually a bit more complex than the fly-and-flops (though we have plenty of customers who enjoy those kinds of holidays, too). We understand that everybody is different, and we strive to create the perfect itinerary that is personalised just for our clients, putting them at the forefront of what everything we do.

Meet The Head Office Team
Ross Griffiths
Founder and Director
Ross established the company in 2020 and has had a long and distinguished career in travel spanning the past 15 years.
Before launching Your Endless Travel, he spent several years overseas in roles such as Guest Services Assistant Manager for Whistler Blackcomb in Canada, Store Manager for Happy Travels in Sydney, Australia, and Tour Desk Manager for Niseko Central, Japan. Prior to his overseas escapades, he held roles with tour operators closer to home, such as The Small Cruise Ship Collection and at sports travel specialist Gullivers Sports Travel.
Luke Skinner
Director
Now co-owner of Your Endless Travel, Luke previously worked with homeworking company Holidaysplease for over 15 years, breaking sales records along the way and learning from the well-respected management team there.
An experienced small business owner, having worked in travel since 2001 and owned and run other specialist travel businesses, Luke has also travelled extensively including spells in Latin America and spent almost two years cycling across Africa. Outside of travel, Luke is a keen cyclist, Mountain Leader, and Advanced Open Water diver.
Katie Hollinshead
Product & Operations Manager
Our Product and Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of our supplier contracting and your customers’ bookings!
She is an experienced events and operations manager with many years’ experience, including previous roles at Events International and Autograph Events. When she’s not in the office, she can be found skydiving or making art.
